Ehab Ammar

"I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Patel College of Global Sustainability (PCGS) at the University of South Florida. I work with Dr. George Philippidis in the area of Sustainable Energy. My research at USF focuses on sustainable cost-effective production of value-added biochemicals, such as biodiesel and organic acids, from agricultural biomass, algae and low-cost feedstocks. In addition, I teach “Bioresources for a Sustainable Future”. My background is B.Sc. in Pharmacy, M.Sc. in Biotechnology, and Ph.D. in Biochemistry."
