Harold Shaw has been with Career Services for over eighteen years. His efforts are focused on helping students find success in the working world by providing them with career education and training in areas such as resume and interview preparation, networking skills, and job search strategies. Over the years, he has be an instructor of the department's career courses.Shaw also collaborates with faculty and academic advisors to promote career opportunities and customize career programs to meet the needs of the college.

Prior to joining Career Services, he worked at the University of South Florida in Human Resources as a Program Assistant and as a Senior Statistician in the Diversity, Inclusion and Equal Opportunity Office.Shaw earned an MBA from the University of South Florida's Muma College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in management studies with a concentration in hotel management from the University of the West Indies.
