Early and Mid-Career Faculty Workshops
In the 2020-2021 academic year, a ‘New Faculty Workshops’ pilot program was launched to offer support and resources for new faculty. Additional surveys and focus groups have identified an opportunity to offer support and development opportunities for both early and mid-career faculty at USF. Based on this feedback, the program has been revised to meet the broader needs of USF faculty in the context of the Faculty Success Initiative.
Using a model of facilitated discussions relating to the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity curriculum and a Teams component for further discussion, these expanded conversations will provide a synergistic learning and support network for new and mid-career faculty across USF.
Below is the 2022-2023 schedule for the Early and Mid-Career Faculty Workshops, including tentative topics and guest facilitators. All workshops are scheduled for Thursdays from 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. and will be held via MS Teams, please register using the links below to attend.
