Fall Semester Completion Requests

Greetings CMS users!
As we approach the beginning of the fall semester, we wanted to share a quick update regarding project scheduling as our resources will become limited.
Test Sites, Site Reorganizations, and Modules
Wednesday, August 19 is the last launch date of this summer for test sites, reorganizations, and modules.
- Test sites need to be completed with all content, approved by your leadership, and sent to our team no later than noon on Friday, August 7 to be launched before the start of the semester.
- Reorganization spreadsheets and plans need to be completed and submitted to our team no later than noon on Friday, August 7 to be completed before the start of the semester.
- News or Calendar modules need to already be in our queue in order for them to be launched prior to the start of the semester. Any new requests will be published after.
No sites, reorgs, or modules will be published during the first week of classes. Publishing will start again the week of August 31.
Our team remains committed to providing high-quality support and to maintain realistic expectations. All new requests for the above items or any other project requests (gallery page template switch outs, for example) will be scheduled based on current capacity and project prioritization. We encourage you to submit any new requests as early as possible so we can discuss anticipated timelines with you.
