The SMART Lab is currently recruiting for positions starting in the Spring 2025 semester. Please read below for open positions, job descriptions and links to apply. Undergraduate Peer Math Tutor (Spring 2025) Job Summary: Peer Tutors provide learning support in selected coursework in which they have demonstrated high academic achievement. General duties include facilitating individual and/or group academic support sessions, attendance at required tutor training sessions and meetings, and assisting other staff when requested. Nature of Work: This position reports to the Program Manager of the SMART Lab. New tutors are required to enroll in CRLA Tutor Training withing their first year to maintain active tutor status. The following list provides examples of the most typical duties for this position; it may not include all the work that may be assigned to the position.

Schedule: Commitment of 10 – 20 hours per week. Work hours will be on-site at the SMART Lab (USF Tampa Campus Library). Schedule is variable according to class schedule and SMART Lab hours of operation. This job will require some evening and weekend work hours. Pay Rate: $14/hour Minimum Qualification Requirements:
