First-Generation Bulls

First-Gen Honor Society

Recognizing academic achievement, leadership, and excellence among First-Gen Bulls.

What is Tri-Alpha?

Alpha Alpha Alpha (Tri-Alpha) is the national honor society for first-generation college students. The University of South Florida's Mu Sigma Chapter honors the academic accomplishments of First Generation Bulls while fostering a community of scholars, leaders, mentors, and advocates. With more than 75 student, faculty, and staff members inducted during its first year, the Mu Sigma Chapter celebrates excellence while strengthening the first-generation experience at USF.
