What We Do

The College of Arts and Sciences at the University of South Florida is committed to telling the stories of its outstanding and high-achieving faculty, students, staff and alumni. CAS Chronicles is the official newsletter for the College of Arts and Sciences produced by the CAS Office of Communications and Marketing and ensures the latest news, research, and events are publicized in a way that reflects the high standards and quality of the university.

CAS Chronicles is a monthly publication that goes out via email. All stories are also shared on the CAS website, on our social media platforms, and sometimes also reposted by the University Communications and Marketing (UCM) office.

Please keep in mind that CAS Chronicles relies on quality images and photos to tell your story. So, if there is preferred image or photo, please include a high-resolution image (minimum width of 1000 pixels) with your submission. The image may be displayed in a variety of crops and sizes across the website/newsletter. If no art is submitted or the asset does not meet our editorial standards, our staff will select or replace the art at our discretion (if selected, submitter will see imagery during review process). If there are smaller graphics you would like to include in the body of the text, they should have a minimum size of 440 x 300 pixels for best results.

While we cannot guarantee your story will be selected to be featured in the next edition of CAS Chronicles, we will be glad to keep your story on file for future consideration. Either way, you will receive an email notifying you of the result.

We look forward to hearing from you!
