Visiting Assistant Professor of Instruction
The Department of Mathematics & Statistics seeks to fill a non-tenure earning, 9-month,
full-time Visiting Assistant Professor of Instruction position for the 2025-2026 academic
year with possible extensions for a second and/or third year. Salary is $55,000, with
a start date of August 7, 2025.
Duties include instruction and coordination of lower-level Mathematics and/or Statistics courses, including Calculus.
Minimum qualifications include Ph.D. from an accredited institution in Mathematics, Statistics or a closely-related field. Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of Assistant Professor of Instruction. Some experience with teaching in an auditorium setting is preferred.
