New PCard Account Management Form Now Available
Procurement & Payment Services (PPS) has launched a new PCard Account Management Form designed to simplify and streamline PCard requests. This single, dynamic form replaces the previous Cardholder Agreement, Cardholder Profile, Account Closure, and Limit Change forms.
Users now submit one online request that adjusts based on the action selected. Built‑in approval routing eliminates the need for paper or DocuSign signatures and helps speed up processing.
