How can I view job openings?
All opportunities can be viewed on USF Careers; some opportunities may also be posted to the USF IAE Handshake Account Or Customer Handshake Account.
If my school isn’t registered with Handshake, How can I apply?
Go to USF Careers > Apply Now > Find “IAE” and all current postings will populate.
What is the standard schedule for student interns?
Students can work up to 20 hours per week in the Fall and Spring semesters, and up to 29 hours per week in the Summer.
Does this internship qualify for school credit?
This internship can count towards school credit. It’s up to the student intern to reach out to their college for requirements and forms.

Can I hire a student that is a non-U.S citizen?
Yes! We hire according to customer needs.
Can I hire someone who is not a student to participate/support a project?
Yes! The IAE can hire a non-student for any project.
Can I hire a student for longer than a semeseter?
Yes! The IAE can hold student appointments for under 365 days.
How many hours can students work?
