Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)	If a student believes that USF has failed to comply with FERPA requirements. Title IX	Students who feel that they have been sexually harassed, the target of sexual violence, or discriminated against because of their gender can file a report here.	USF Policy # 0-004 20 U.S.C. § 1681
Discrimination	If you would like to report an incident that violates USF’s Discrimination Policy, you can report that here.	USF Policy #0-007
Accommodations for a Disability	Students can apply for accommodations here. Denied accommodation(s) requests may be appealed in writing by a student to the SAS Director at the Tampa Campus or the Director’s designee within ten (10) calendar days of the student’s receipt of the denial of accommodation(s) request.
