Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

If a student believes that USF has failed to comply with FERPA requirements. Concerned parties can file a complaint with the Family Policy Compliance Office 

Students can also provide or restrict access to third parties by following  filing the following form:

Title IX Students who feel that they have been sexually harassed, the target of sexual violence, or discriminated against because of their gender can file a report here.

Accommodations for a Disability

Students can apply for accommodations here.

Denied accommodation(s) requests may be appealed in writing by a
student to the SAS Director at the Tampa Campus or the Director’s
designee within ten (10) calendar days of
the student’s receipt of the denial of accommodation(s) request.
