Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

If a student believes that USF has failed to comply with FERPA requirements. Concerned parties can file a complaint with the Family Policy Compliance Office 

Students can also provide or restrict access to third parties by following  filing the following form:

Title IX Students who feel that they have been sexually harassed, the target of sexual violence, or discriminated against because of their gender can file a report here.

Accommodations for a Disability

Students can apply for accommodations here.

Students who believe accommodations issued by Student Accessibility Services are not reasonable can direct their complaint to the Student Conduct and Ethical Development office.
