Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

If a student believes that USF has failed to comply with FERPA requirements. Concerned parties can file a complaint with the Family Policy Compliance Office 

Students can also provide or restrict access to third parties by following  filing the following form:

Title IX Students who feel that they have been sexually harassed, the target of sexual violence, or discriminated against because of their gender can file a report here.

Students can apply for accommodations here.

Students who believe accommodations issued by Student Accessibility Services are not reasonable can file a complaint with the Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Equal Opportunity.
