HEAT Peer Educators

About HEAT

HEAT (Health Education Action Team) are trained peer health educators who work directly with the Center for Student Well-Being. Members of HEAT strive to promote holistic wellness through educational presentations and campus events, informing USF students on wellness resources, ways to live a healthy lifestyle, and how taking care of yourself can improve your success as a student. All of our peer health educators are certified through NASPA.

Get Involved

Recruitment for new HEAT members takes place during the Spring semester. In order to be considered, you must complete an application. Any student who is interested in promoting a campus that supports and enhances the health of USF students is welcome to apply, regardless of major!
