International Transcript Submission
Final official transcripts reflecting your date of graduation must be submitted to the University of South Florida before your first day of classes. Remember, your offer of admission is contingent upon our receipt and evaluation of your transcripts. If we do not receive them by the deadline, a hold will be placed on your student account, which may affect your ability to receive financial aid disbursements or register for future semesters.
Check the academic credentials requirements for your student type (freshman, transfer or graduate student) to see which transcripts are required.
The University of South Florida (School Code 001537) will accept the electronic transcript as official if it is submitted through one of the below providers:
Electronic Services Providers
- FASTER/SPEEDE*
- Parchment Exchange (including Naviance)
- National Student Clearinghouse
- Credential Solutions
- Scribbles Software
- AARTS and SMART transcripts (military service only, not required for admission)
- SCOIR
* FASTER and SPEEDE/ExPRESS are sets of predefined data formats used by educational institutions to electronically exchange student records and transcripts. Institutions must subscribe to the FASTER and/or SPEEDE/ExPRESS systems to participate in this exchange.
Note: Hard copies of official transcripts must be submitted in a sealed envelope directly from the school or institution. If you pick up your official transcript and bring it to the admissions office at any USF campus, do NOT open the envelope!
Florida Public High School Students
Transcripts received via USF’s preferred method will be uploaded to the student’s record within five to seven business days of receipt.
Transcripts received via USF’s optional method will be uploaded to the student’s record within seven to 10 business days of receipt.
