USF ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF INSTRUCTION JOINS CNN TO DISCUSS RUSSIA/UKRAINE CRISIS, GLOBAL IMPACTS

Dr. Tatsiana Kulakevich, a Research Fellow in the USF Institute on Russia and Assistant Professor of Instruction in the School of Interdisciplinary Studies, appeared on CNN to discuss Russia’s imminent invasion of Ukraine, in a segment that aired on January 29, less than a month before Russian troops entered the country.

During the segment, Dr. Kulakevich and CNN Anchor Pamela Brown exchanged thoughts on the talks that took place prior to the invasion, the role the U.S. and international allies, and potential implications and impacts of a full-scale war for both Russia, Ukraine, and the global economy.
