Eva began the USF Criminology Ph.D. program in 2017 after earning a M.A. in Criminal Justice at Boise State University and a dual B.A. in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Her research interests include mental health and the criminal justice system, developmental/life-course criminology, psychopathy, and policy and program evaluation.
