College of Education faculty, graduate students to present at 2019 AERA Annual Meeting

More than 75 faculty and graduate students from the USF College of Education will present their research at the American Educational Research Association's 2019 Annual Meeting in Toronto, Canada.

TAMPA, Fla. (April 4, 2019) – The research of more than 75 College of Education faculty members and graduate students will be presented to the educational research community at the American Educational Research Association's (AERA) 2019 Annual Meeting from April 5-9 in Toronto, Canada.

The AERA Annual Meeting is the world's largest gathering of scholars in the field of education research and is a showcase for ground-breaking, innovative studies in an array of areas, from early education through higher education and from digital learning to second language literacy. The 2019 Annual Meeting is expected to attract more than 14,000 attendees who will learn from more than 2,500 sessions — including major addresses, panel discussions and research paper presentations. The theme for this year’s meeting is “Leveraging Education Research: In a 'Post-Truth' Era.”

Attendees from the USF College of Education will participate in a variety of sessions as invited speakers, research authors, mentors and award recipients.
