Chloe Lancaster, Ph.D.

Chloe Lancaster's, Ph.D., CSC, research interests include, school counselor accountability, college adjustment for underrepresented populations, qualitative methodology and adoption and foster care issues.

Lancaster is an Associate Professor in the Department of Leadership, Policy and Lifelong Learning. Lancaster worked as elementary school counselor in Texas and Tennessee and middle school special education teacher, also in Texas.

Lancaster serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Counseling and Development and the Journal of College Counseling, and has published in multiple counseling journals including the Journal of Counseling and Development, the Journal of Counselor Leadership, and Advocacy, the Journal of College Counseling, the Journal for Specialists in Group Work, Counseling Outcome Research and Evaluation and the Journal of School Counseling.
