Previously, public health/health sciences majors shared an Living Learning Community (LLC) with nursing students. But with interest in public health at an all-time high (thanks, at least in part, to the COVID-19 pandemic) it became clear that College of Public Health students could sustain their own " Bulls in Health" LLC.

Every week, University of South Florida Housing & Residential Education (HRE) staff swab hundreds of high-touch areas across the university’s housing facilities. The effort is part of USF’s multi-faceted approach to monitoring and mitigating the spread of COVID-19.
Many residential students at the USF live in tight-knit academically-focused or interest-based Living and Learning Communities.
