Developing Digital Tools to Help Hurricane Dorian Recovery Efforts

Just days after Hurricane Dorian devastated the Bahamas, researchers at the University of South Florida were working to develop digital tools to aid in the recovery efforts across some of the hardest hit areas.

Asa Oxner, MD, assistant professor of medicine and vice chair for the Department of Internal Medicine in the USF Health Morsani College of Medicine coordinates donations for the Bahamas.

USF World is partnering with USF Health, Office of Multicultural Affairs, Student Government, Caribbean Cultural Exchange and many other departments across campus to help support the Bahamas after Hurricane Dorian.
