Request a Transcript

In keeping with USF’s response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the Office of the Registrar is offering remote services only, which limits our transcript services. We are unable to process any in-person or pick-up requests and are processing notarized transcript requests once per week.

Do you have a supplemental form? Please upload it in Credentials Solutions and we will do our best to send it separately and electronically.

NOTE:  At this time, we are not able to include the embossed seal on forms.

Learn more about how to access your Official and Unofficial Transcripts.

First time students at USF (including transfer students with credits from another institution) do not have an official record that can be displayed on transcripts, until one full term is completed and the final grades have been posted. Ordering a transcript before final grades are posted will result in a blank transcript at the student's expense. Degrees post to official transcripts approximately six weeks after Commencement; term grades are posted to transcripts approximately one week after the official end of term.
