Request a Transcript
In keeping with USF’s response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the Office of the Registrar is open 8 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. for transcript processing. Notarized transcript requests are processed once per week.
Do you have a supplemental form? Please upload it in Credentials Self-ServicePlus offered by Parchment, and we will do our best to send it separately and electronically. At this time we are not able to include the embossed seal on forms.
NOTE: For Non-Degree Seeking students who participated in a School of Record program (SeaMester/Palazzi-FUA), you must reach out to USF’s Education Abroad office for any transcript requests or related issues. Please forward your inquiry to Education Abroad Academic Services at EA-Registrar@usf.edu.
In keeping with enacted Florida Bill 171, the University of South Florida will waive the transcript fee for a person who is active duty or honorably discharged veteran of the United States Armed Forces and his or her spouse and dependents.
First time students at USF (including transfer students with credits from another institution) do not have an official record that can be displayed on transcripts, until one full term is completed and the final grades have been posted. Ordering a transcript before final grades are posted will result in a blank transcript at the student's expense. Degrees post to official transcripts approximately six weeks after Commencement; term grades are posted to transcripts approximately one week after the official end of term.
