Strategic Initiatives are designed to ignite cross-sector collaboration by equipping USF researchers with the tools, training, partnerships, and capacity-building support needed to lead transformative projects and build thriving research ecosystems.
These initiatives are guided by the USF Research Development Institute’s (RDI) vision of delivering proactive, catalytic, and capacity-building support to USF researchers—accelerating the formation of high-impact teams, strengthening research networks, and creating the conditions for long-term success.
Our goal is to help researchers anticipate opportunity, shape collaborative ideas early, and build the partnerships and infrastructure needed to compete for large-scale funding and drive meaningful impact.
