  • Producing university news stories, videos and slideshows
  • Producing USF Magazine
  • Promoting university news
  • Coordinating media relations
  • Managing crisis communications
  • Producing internal communications
  • Handling public records requests
  • Coordinating the university's social media strategy
  • Publishing major university publications
  • Developing web content
  • Implementing, maintaining, and supporting the university's enterprise-wide content management system (CMS), MyUSF and MyUSF Mobile (in collaboration with IT AWS)
