Brand Management
Managing the USF brand
The UCM Marketing Team maintains and provides design leadership on the official USF
logos, color palettes, typography and collaborates to develop and implement advertising
campaigns.
Coordinating the university's social media strategy
The UCM Marketing Team produces, maintains and monitors the university's official
presence on seven social media sites: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat,
YouTube, and TikTok. They also provide leadership and common guidelines for other
social media sites throughout campus.
Digital
Developing and maintaining websites and coordinating internal communications efforts
The UCM Digital Team maintains and monitors the main USF website, including developing
design templates and creating content. This team also provides content support for
other high profile sites across the university. The team is the functional owner of
the university-wide content management system which includes website consultation,
customer support, site migrations and creating new templates and features.
In partnership with with IT Applications and Web Services, the Digital Team is responsible for implementing the official university mobile application (MyUSF Mobile).
