UGS Adjunct Evaluations
The following measures will be used to evaluate adjunct instructors. Evaluations (Performance Review) are conducted on an annual basis.
- eXplorance Blue Student Evaluation of Instruction
- Grade distribution
- Custom student survey via Qualtrics
- General Education Assignments (if applicable)
- Participation in professional development opportunities for teaching
- Self-assessment: Self-perceptions about teaching, course, and outcomes
- Compliance with departmental and university deadlines and policies
