Self Defense for Women
The R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) program is available to current USF students as an elective PE course (2 credit hours) and is offered during the fall and spring semesters. This course consists of both basic and advanced self-defense techniques and is a comprehensive program for women only. The class is taught by R.A.D. certified USF police officers and staff and is not a Martial Arts program.
