Course Permit

Use the appropriate course permit form for requesting a permit for course offered at USF Sarasota-Manatee campus, St. Petersburg campus, or Tampa campus. Please contact  academic advising on the respective campus for assistance.

Sarasota-manatee campus

Student must use the following Permit Request Form to request permission to register for one or more classes that require a permit at the USF Sarasota-Manatee campus.

Student must complete the Registration Error Form available on this page for courses at USF St. Petersburg campus.

TAMPA CAMPUS

Student must use the Course Permit Request Form to request special permission to enroll in a psychology course at the USF Tampa campus. All requests will be processed within 2 business days. You will be contacted if your request for special permission was denied. This request DOES NOT register for you. You will still be required to add the course(s) via OASIS.

Please Note: All psychology majors are required to complete the prerequisites prior to enrolling in 4000 level psychology courses. See Major Requirements
