Study Abroad
USF Education Abroad
If you’re planning to study abroad, make sure you are utilizing the USF Education
Abroad Office as best you can. If you’re looking for how to apply, what program you
should go on, or more information on scholarships, you can visit their website.
We at ONS also like to emphasize going in to the Education Abroad Gateway Office,
which is their satellite office in the MSC. They are housed in MSC 3301, right across
from the Office of Multicultural Affairs. In the Gateway Office, you can get personalized,
one-on-one advising without having to make an appointment. They take walk-ins all
day and will talk with you about any aspect of the study abroad process. The Gateway
Office also holds a lot of great programming like a diversity lecture series and application
nights, when students who have studied abroad before and Education Abroad staff can
help you fill out your application.
If you want to speak with an Education Abroad student recruiter, you can email them here. Education Abroad also has a student blog.
You can find more details about how to take advantage of everything the Education Abroad Office has to offer on our advisor blog as well.
