The Fulbright Celebration Breakfast highlighted the University of South Florida’s continued national recognition as a Top Producer for the highly competitive Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program for the 2025–26 academic year. For the past ten years, USF has consistently been recognized nationally for producing a high number of Fulbright faculty and student recipients. This achievement reflects the university’s strong global engagement and research excellence.
The event included remarks from President Limayem and Provost Prasant Mohapatra, who formally honored this year’s Fulbright awardees, including USF faculty, students, and visiting scholars participating in the program.
Among those recognized was Tasnim Diana, a visiting Fulbright scholar pursuing a Master of Arts at the Patel College of Global Sustainability. Her work exemplifies the type of international collaboration that strengthens the college’s interdisciplinary approach to sustainability and global problem-solving.
