BIO

I am an Associate Professor and have taught at USF-Tampa since 1992. At present my main areas of scholarly and pedagogic interest are Modern British and American Literature, Human-Animal Studies, Literature and History Writing, and contemporary essay writing. I am hearing disabled and since 2012 have worked primarily as an online educator, offering undergraduate courses in a non-synchronous format. My prior publications are in the areas of Gender Studies, Modern British and American Lit, and Critical Theory.
