Dr. Joy Kwon is Assistant Professor of Instruction in the English Department at the University of South Florida. She formerly served as Teaching Associate in the Department of Asian Studies at Cornell University and Postdoctoral Teaching Associate in the Department of English at Northeastern University. Over the course of her teaching career, she has taught a diverse array of courses including linguistics, English/Korean as a second language, first-year composition, and advanced writing. As a bilingual linguist and a writing instructor, she enjoys talking about grammar, style, variations, and multilingualism.
