Jennifer Condon is the Vice President of Business & Finance and CFO at USF, with direct responsibility for the following: the Controller’s Office; Procurement and Payment Services; the Treasurer’s Office; Budget and Financial Analysis; WUSF Public Media; and Auxiliary Enterprises (which includes Housing and Residential Education, Parking and Transportation Services, Dining, Bookstore and Vending Operations).
Jennifer is a CPA, certified in the State of Connecticut. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Clarkson University with a double major in accounting and finance and a concentration in technical communication.
After a few years in public accounting, Jennifer found her professional home in educational administration. She began with seven years at Yale University before relocating to Florida in 2006 to become associate controller for research financial management at USF.
Over the course of Jennifer's tenure at USF, she has progressively expanded her scope of responsibility through promotions to deputy controller, then to controller, then to deputy CFO, before becoming USF's CFO.
Jennifer plays a critical role in the university’s fiscal practices, especially as we develop and work to maintain a transparent and sustainable financial model to support USF’s strategic goals.
