Payment Methods

Undergraduate students: USF accepts payments for the application fee and admissions deposit through the Applicant Portal.

Graduate students: USF accepts payments for the application fee, whether at the time of applying or after applying, in the Student Self-Service portal.

All students: USF accepts the following forms of payment for Tuition & Fees:

• Make an online payment by credit/debit card or eCheck in the Student Self-Service portal.
• Send a check or money order by postal mail.
• Place a paper check in the dropbox located outside of Student Financial Services.

If your bill is to be paid by an outside agency (like a government sponsor or other third-party sponsor), that agency should send a letter notifying the university in advance, stating the amount and length of time of the award and whom to bill for tuition. Keep the original copy of this letter in case it is requested by the immigration officer at your port-of-entry or the university Cashier's Office.
