How do I access USF REDCap?

In order to get access to the USF REDCap server, you will need to complete the USF Health Professional Integrity and Compliance trainings.

You should start the process by emailing your REDCap access request to help@usf.edu. This will automatically create a new support ticket and you will receive an email with a list of instructions.

If you have completed the trainings in the last year, you can just attach the certificates of completion to this ticket:

  1. Log in to the https://usf.sabacloud.com/ site.
  2. After logging in, use the search bar at the top of the Learning Catalog.
  3. Access and complete the following modules.
    1. HIPAA Privacy at USF
    2. Code of Conduct
    3. Computer and Information Security

When you have finished, please generate a PDF copy of the completion certificate showing all 3 modules and include it with your response to the ticket.

Once the above has been completed you will receive security agreement via DocuSign that you will need to review and sign electronically. After all of the trainings and forms have been completed, you will receive the final instructions on how to activate your REDCap account.
