Genspiration Onboarding Experience

The Genspiration Onboarding Experience is more than just a welcome, it's the launchpad for your personal, academic, and professional success at the University of South Florida. Designed specifically to support students with lived experience in foster care, this experience connects you to a supportive campus community and empowers you to thrive from day one.

Through interactive sessions and personalized guidance, you'll build a network of peers, staff, and mentors who are invested in your success. You’ll get help completing essential business tasks, whether it's finalizing your financial aid paperwork, adjusting your class schedule with an advisor, or turning in important documents, so nothing stands in the way of your goals.

But we don’t stop there. You'll learn how to access the tools, services, and campus resources available to you, especially in times of crisis, so you can confidently navigate your college journey. Most importantly, the Genspiration experience introduces you to the PEARLS Program, your ongoing support system throughout your time at USF. With PEARLS by your side, you’ll stay connected, engaged, and on track to graduate with your bachelor’s degree and beyond.
