Dr. Passaglia and his lab published two papers related to intraocular pressure: "Characterization of intraocular pressure variability in conscious rats" and "Simulation of gravity- and pump-driven perfusion techniques for measuring outflow facility of ex vivo and in vivo eyes."

Science fiction meets reality, USF researchers develop technique to overcome obstructed views
Using a single photograph, Murray-Bruce and his doctoral student, Robinson Czajkowski, created an algorithm that computes highly accurate, full-color three-dimensional reconstructions of areas behind obstacles – a concept that can not only help prevent car crashes, but help law enforcement experts in hostage situations, search-and-rescue and strategic military efforts.

CSE Lab AMHR won First Place in the COLIEE 2024
This year was the 10th anniversary of the Competition on Legal Information Extraction and Entailment (COLIEE 2024). The objective of the competition is to build state of art legal information retrieval and entailment systems. This year, the COLIEE competition included four challenges concerning a combination of case law and statute law. Tasks included finding supporting cases, finding relevant paragraphs from previous cases, considering yes/no legal questions, and retrieving statutes from a database.
