Assistant Director

Aisha has been with University of South Florida since 2013, and has served as a higher education case manager since 2015. Her background is in clinical mental health counseling, holding an M.A. in Counselor Education from University of South Florida. She enjoys practicing yoga, reading, and beach activities.

Case Manager

Prior to joining the Student Outreach & Support in 2018, Whitney worked as a Clinical Case Manager at local substance abuse treatment facility.  She holds a Master of Science in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University and is a Certified Addiction Professional. She enjoys spending time with family, reading and yoga.

Jenelle Bell, MS
Case Manager

Prior to Jenelle joining the USF’s Student Outreach and Support team in 2019, she has had the privilege of serving clients for the past 18 years in various settings ranging from residential treatment centers, private/ public schools and higher education. Jenelle holds a Masters in Counseling and Psychology from Tory State University. She enjoys reading, DIY crafts and spending quality time with family.

Demetric Watkins, MA
Case Manager

Demetric has been with the University of South Florida since January 2019, where he was an intern in the Office of Student Outreach & Support, and now functions as a full-time case manager on the team. Demetric holds a Master of Arts degree in Rehabilitation & Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida. Demetric enjoys reading, spending time with his family and friends, cooking, and catching up on his favorite t.v. shows.

Administrative Specialist

Val has been with the University of South Florida since 2015 where he was previously an Administrative Assistant for the Center for Victim Advocacy. He’s served as the Administrative Specialist at the Office of Student Outreach & Support since 2018. He is currently pursuing an M.A. in Rehabilitation & Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida and is expected to graduate in 2020. He enjoys traveling with friends and family, watching & playing sports, and rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles.
