Nicole Morgan
Nicole Morgan, Assistant Director


Nicole serves as the primary case manager for SOS and meets with students referred to the case management program. Additionally, as the Assistant Director, Nicole supervises the GA and works in collaboration with the Center for Student Wellbeing to oversee Feed-A-Bull, the campus food pantry. As a student, you may be scheduled to meet with Nicole for case management services. Nicole's favorite part of meeting with students is connecting them to resources and increasing their self advocacy. Nicole likes spending time with her dog, Olive, reading, and exploring local spots in Tampa.

Joseph Contes, Case Manager
Joseph is a case manager for SOS and meets with students referred to the case management program. As a student, you may be scheduled to meet with Joseph for case management services. Joseph's favorite part of meeting with students is seeing their progress no matter how big or small and getting to experience part of their personal journey. In his personal time, Joseph enjoys taking Orangetheory classes, trying new foods with friends, and going to the beach.

Whitney Cash, Case Manager

Whitney is a case manager for SOS and meets with students referred to the case management program. As a student, you may be scheduled to meet with Whitney for case management services. Whitney's favorite part of working with students is providing unique, individualized support to a diverse population of students. In her personal time, Whitney enjoys spending time with her dog, Ginger, and with family. 


 Valnick Touloute, Administrative Specialist

As the Administrative Specialist, Val supports the daily functions of the SOS office by calling and emailing students, consulting with those who call the office seeking information on how to support students, and arranging meetings and presentations. Val can help you with scheduling appointments, making a referral to the office, and connecting with your case manager

Jordan King, Graduate Assistant

Jordan serves as the Graduate Assistant for SOS and serves a Case Manager as well as supporting the daily functions of the SOS office. As a student, you may be scheduled to meet with Jordan for case management services. Jordan's favorite part of meeting with students is seeing them progress through whatever issue they may be going through. In his personal time, Jordan enjoys playing basketball, going to church and hanging out with his friends.

Jessica Hobbs, Intern

Jessica serves as the Intern for SOS and is a graduate student in the Rehabilitation and Mental  Health Counseling program. As an intern for the office, Jessica meets with students for case management services. Jessica's favorite part of working with the SOS office is connecting with students on their journey at the university. In her personal time, Jessica enjoys going to the beach, playing with her two dogs, Pepper and Ollie, and cooking.
