Dual Enrollment Requirements and Deadlines

COVID-19 UPDATES:

Due to current pandemic restrictions, students applying for USF Dual Enrollment in Spring 2021 will not be required to provide test scores.   When pandemic restrictions are eased, students may be required to submit qualifying test score(s) in order to continue in the dual enrollment program.  The deadline for receipt of all application materials is December 1, 2020.

To be considered for dual enrollment at USF, students must be enrolled in a Florida public or nonpublic secondary school or in a home education program and meet or exceed the following academic qualifications:

  • Minimum 3.5 weighted high school GPA
  • Minimum scores on one of the following tests:
    • SAT: 560 Evidence-Based Reading and Writing and 530 Math
    • ACT: 21 Reading, 21 English and 21 Math
    • PERT: 123 Math, 106 Reading and 103 Writing

Application Deadlines

Students who wish to be considered for dual enrollment should complete an application by:

  • Fall Semester – May 15
  • Spring Semester – December 1
