Floyd Ballard served as a Learning and Development Facilitator in the Academy for
Teaching and Learning Excellence (ATLE) from 2014-2015. After ATLE, Floyd joined the
USF College of Pharmacy.
Floyd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work and a Master's of Science degree in Instructional Systems. Floyd started his College Teaching career as a Learning Support Specialist in Mathematics and as an Adjunct Professor in Developmental Mathematics. After attaining his Master's degree in Instructional Systems, Floyd taught the Introduction to Educational Technology course (EME 2040) for 5 years. Floyd also has provided Instructional Design and Educational Technology services to Faculty in higher education for nearly 10 years.
