Britani Holland

Britani Holland, MSW, LCSW earned her Master of Social Work from the University of St. Thomas and St. Catherine University. Her professional experiences include work as a case manager with those experiencing chronically homeless and serious mental illness; as an outpatient mental health therapist for a private practice at The Lorenz Clinic and a community health center at BayCare; and as a therapist for individuals in an intensive outpatient program.

Britani also owns and operates her own private practice where she provides psychotherapy to those struggling with the impacts of trauma. Britani’s passion for social work started with volunteering at Chrysalis working with individuals experiencing intimate partner violence. She is excited to be part of USF because USF offers significant research and teaching opportunities.

As a PhD student, Britani plans to focus her research in self-stigma. When not in classes, Britani likes to play with her dog, travel, spend time with family, and exercise.
