Due to the recent concerns regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus) the University of South Florida announced that all university-sponsored events on campus, at other USF instructional sites or off campus scheduled through Friday, July 31, 2020 must be postponed or canceled. Therefore, based on this announcement, it required that all reservations reserved in the Marshall Student Center to be cancelled through the end of the month of July, 2020.
Due to this incident being fluid, guidance may change and events may be cancelled further into the year.
We understand that many events may try and reschedule for later dates, however due to events already programmed prior to the cancelations and new events being requested the space is extremely limited. This is a new situation for all of us and we will continue to communicate updates as we receive them.
*Please note, when the university mandates remote classes for all students, all reservations reserved in the Marshall Student Center will be cancelled, even though the building may be open in some capacity for essential needs to serve the USF community. Please continue to watch for updates on the University website.
