Need an Appointment?

Student Health Services makes an effort to serve as many patients as possible each day and to work around your busy class schedules. We utilize an appointment-based scheduling model. To protect the USF community, we cannot accept walk-ins or schedule appointments in person. Please request online or call ahead for an appointment.

Every attempt is made to be scheduled with the same provider every time you visit, just like you do at home, or you can ask for the first available appointment. No matter what, all providers have access to your medical records.

Scheduling Your Appointment By Online Request

For scheduling online CLICK HERE.  A patient services representative will respond within 2 business days to assist you. Online request should not be used for same-day requests.

Scheduling Your Appointment By Telephone

For telephone scheduling please call 813.974.2331 or 813.445.4976 to schedule an appointment by telephone.

As of March 17, 2021 we cannot schedule appointments in person, nor can we accept walk-ins. For urgent concerns, patients are given a scheduled time based on the urgency of their symptoms. Most patients are seen within 1 business day.

Checking In

  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to have time to fill out any needed paperwork and will maximize the amount of time you are able to spend with your medical provider
  • Bring your USF ID or a government issued picture ID and Insurance card.

Arriving Late

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your schedule time. If you arrive late, you will be rescheduled for another time.

Cancelling/Rescheduling Appointments

To increase appointment slots available, students who cannot make their appointment as scheduled need to call to cancel/reschedule at 813.974.2331 or 813.445.4976. 
You may be assessed a No Show fee of $30 on OASIS if you do not cancel/reschedule at least 2 hours prior to your appointment.
