Feed-A-Bull Food Pantry

Feed-A-Bull Food Pantry is open. USF recognizes that due to COVID-19, students may have reduced work income and decreased avenues for food; we are remaining open to assist with tightening food budgets. We have instituted updated protocols for checking in and receiving food that comply with social distancing and protect our student patrons. We are accepting employee donations to support students using designated bins outside the side "PE" doors of Recreation & Wellness' main Tampa facility, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. Donation bins are located at the side entrance by the Physical Education building and parking lot 15.

Tampa's food pantry
Feed-A-Bull is a confidential Tampa campus food pantry initiative spearheaded by Student Health Services and Feeding America Tampa Bay. Feed-A-Bull is available to students enrolled on the USF Tampa campus. It was created to address food insecurity by providing supplemental food to students in need, as well as education and resources to students related to purchasing and preparing balanced food on a budget.

Feed-A-Bull will strive to alleviate food hardship and hunger among USF students by providing supplemental food, nutrition education and resources to students in need, in order to promote student success and retention. The pantry was created as a response to the knowledge that some USF students face food insecurity while attending the university, and supplemental food assistance may assist in allowing students to focus on their studies. By providing emergency food assistance, Feed-A-Bull works to make sure that USF students would not have to choose between buying text books or buying groceries, and helps to ensure that no USF student goes hungry.
