Faculty & Staff Services
Student Health Services treats the following conditions (fee-for-service basis) for USF Faculty & Staff with a valid employee ID: Colds, flu, bronchitis, pneumonia, asthma attacks, ear, throat, sinus infections, rashes, poison ivy, allergic reactions, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, flu shots, and minor injuries not sustained in the workplace.
Cost for employee medical services
Insurance accepted! We will collect your primary office visit co-pay. Without insurance: self-pay office visits for only $40. Click here for a list of employee self-pay fees.
Hours for Employee medical services
Employee appointments are available: Fall & Spring semesters - 8am - 11am. Breaks and Summer semesters - 8am - 4:30pm Call us for an apointment 813.974.2331 or stop in our SHS 100 medical clinic next to Bookstore and near Marshall Student Center.
