Did you know... smoking is one of the top causes of preventable death in the US?
When you meet with an SHS provider, he/she will ask about your tobacco use, if you are currently using, and assess your interest in quitting. It is ultimately your choice; if you're not ready, there is no pressure. If you are ready, your SHS provider will guide you in how to quit tobacco use with help.
USF offers free tobacco cessation counseling and resources on campus through Center for Student Well-Being and Area Health Education Center (AHEC). Call Center for Student Well-Being for the next class at 813-974-4936 or visit their website.
