  • Minneapolis, Raleigh-Durham and Baltimore are consistently doing well with low Black and white labor participation rate gap.
  • Tampa Bay has a significant gap in Black-white labor participation rates and the trend has been increasing since 2013. Currently, Tampa ranks bottom (20th) due to a high disparity in participation rates.
