- San Diego and Seattle MSAs are exhibiting a high cost of housing while St. Louis is on the lower end when compared to other metropolitan areas.
- The cost of housing in the Tampa Bay region is comparatively low. For the most part of the last decade, Tampa Bay is ranked in the top five and fared well compared to other MSAs.
