Office Manager & HR Liaison
Kokita Dirton Wilson joined the Office of Graduate Studies staff in April 2016, as Office Manager and Human Resources Liaison. She received her BS degree in Human Services from Springfield College in 2013, M.S. in Organizational Management and Leadership from Springfield College in 2015 and is currently pursuing her Ed.D. in Education Program Development, Innovative Education at the University of South Florida. In addition to her background in human services, organizational management and leadership, nonprofit management and 22 years of higher education experience, her doctoral research focuses on increasing academic excellence among minority students through youth leadership development and mentoring. With over 29 years of experience in Human Resources, she provides the Office of Graduate Studies with expertise to ensure compliance with State and Federal requirements in recruitment and retention, classification and compensation, FMLA, employee relations, collective bargaining, diversity, and equal opportunity.
Christina is a Student Assistant in the Office of Graduate Studies. She is currently majoring in Health Sciences with a concentration in Biological Health Sciences, graduating in Spring 2020. She is a member of many student organizations on campus, including Caribbean Cultural Exchange, Curls Club, and Fanm Kreyol, Inc. In her spare time, she enjoys horror movies, theatre, and discovering new music.
