Graduate Curriculum Process
Graduate Curriculum Processing
The Temporary Curriculum Suspension has been lifted. Curriculum processing may proceed.
Faculty interested in submitting revisions to the Curriculum should take note of the Graduate Council meeting dates posted online: https://www.usf.edu/graduate-studies/faculty-and-staff/graduate-council/curriculum-committee/meetings.aspx
Curriculum proposals must be received by the Office of Graduate Studies (OGS), with College approval, at least three weeks before the next scheduled Curriculum Committee meeting. Submission by that date does not guarantee that the proposal will be on the agenda, pending clearance for compliance and concurrence. OGS will work with faculty to help move proposals forward in a timely manner.
All proposals that have College approval and are received by the OGS by January 15, 2021, will be processed for review and for consideration for the 2021-2022 Graduate Catalog. Proposals received after that date will be processed on a time-permitting basis if submitted into Curriculog by January 25, 2021. The Curriculog System will be shut down for new proposals as of January 25, 2021 at 5 p.m.
