Administration employment is at will, and, as such, an Administration employee may be given a notice of non-reappointment to his/her position. Notice of non-reappointment does not constitute a dismissal for cause or a disciplinary action. Your Employee Relations Consultant should be consulted in making a decision to non-reappoint.
