About my research

My research will focus on combining laboratory simulation and hyperspectral data to simulate the spectral response characteristics and analysis differences of different optical sensors through spectral scale conversion. Based on multi-source optical remote sensing data and their characteristic differences, the optical remote sensing recognition features and extraction algorithms of oil-water emulsions will be studied to realize multi-spectral remote sensing recognition of oil spills on the sea surface.

Why USF CMS?

The reason that I chose the College of Marine Science is that I could have the opportunity to further study marine oil emulsions in my advisor`s lab. Moreover, CMS has created a good academic atmosphere for students, in which we can lay a solid foundation, broaden our horizons and train our divergent thinking. It is a paradise for scientists and professionals to thrive.
